A Message From Karen:

What an exciting and challenging time to be a Disciple!

For 117 years, our congregation has been a welcoming presence in downtown Olympia. Though much has changed in the past century since that tiny group of Olympia Christians first gathered to celebrate the Lord’s Supper, some things have remained constant:

We continue to be an active presence in the downtown community, opening our doors and our arms to people of all walks of life;

We continue to move out into the community in mission;

We continue to work actively with other faith communities;

We continue to celebrate our Christian faith each week with the Lord’s Supper.

Today, we are challenging ourselves to re-form and re-energize our mission and our vision - to continue our journey of transformation – to discern where the Spirit would have us go and do what the Spirit would have us do.
